Cicely is a 10-year old child who has had many lung infections during her childhood, including a bout with pneumonia. She is short for her age and feels like she has no energy. Her parents are worried and expect you to figure out what is wrong with her.
Elvis is a 42 year old singing superstar. He is in Las Vegas, where he is scheduled to perform 14 sold out concerts. He notices that he developed a cough about 10 days ago and it has steadily been getting worse. He is coughing up thick, yellow mucus and his chest is hurting. Upon examination, Elvis informs you that he smokes cigars and has not been sleeping well.
Adam is a 45 years old lawyer who works long hours. He smokes a pack of cigarettes a day. He's been noticing pain in his chest for the past few months, especially after he rollerblades or plays basketball with the guys. He also wheezes and is losing weight, even though he is not dieting. Lately, he feels as though he doesn't have much energy.

Mr. Riser is a 57 year old stockbroker. He is experiencing a dull ache in his chest that travels to his arm. He often feels dizzy. Upon examination, Mr. Riser informs you that he gets about 4 hours of sleep per night, smokes two packs of cigarettes a day, and relaxes after work with a few glasses of wine. He has been very anxious lately about losing his job due to the economy.
Pete is a 56 year-old waiter in a local Italian restaurant. His major complaints are headaches and occasional dizziness. Upon examination, you note that he is a heavy smoker, about 30 lbs. overweight, and his blood pressure is 180/90.
Sarah is a 45 year old female from Alaska. She tells you that sometimes she feels like her heart is doing a flip-flop or skipping beats and other times it feels like it is pounding. She even fainted once. She leads a very active life and needs you to diagnose her problem.

Lindsay is a 23 year-old female. Last night at the City Dance Club, she fell and landed on her face. She remembers that her nose was bleeding. She has a black eye, facial swelling, and facial pain. Upon examination, you smell alcohol on her breath.
Justin is a 13 year old boy. Upon examination, you notice that one shoulder is higher than the other. You give him a forward-bending test, where he has to bend over, with straight knees, and reach his fingertips toward his feet. You note that his spine is curved.
Gladys is a 67 year old woman who came to you because her ankle hurts. You suspect she fractured her ankle. You notice that her posture is not very good, she is hunched over.

BACKGROUND: Jasmine is a 15 year old girl who is complaining that her wrists hurt. She hasn't fallen or injured herself. Her mother says that when she wakes up in the morning, she often is limping.
BACKGROUND: Ms. Hurt is a 30 year old woman who is complaining of sharp pain on the bottom of her foot, near her heel. She tells you that the pain is worse after exercise or activity than it is during activity. Upon examination, you notice that she grimaces in pain when you press on the sides of her hell or the arch of her foot.
BACKGROUND: Vic is a 17 year old boy who was at football practice when he heard a pop in his knee. He says his knee makes popping sounds and you notice swelling in the knee when you examine him. You decide to send him for an MRI (X-Ray) of his knee, but you are pretty confident that he has....??

Cee is a 16 year-old girl, complaining of stomachaches, diarrhea, and bloating. Upon examination, you note that she is a bit underweight and small for her age.

He is complaining of a bad taste in his mouth after he eats his favorite dinner, 5 slices of sausage and pepperoni pizza with 4 beers. He also is experiencing chest pain and is afraid he might be having a heart attack. The last time this happened, he tried getting in bed, but his pain only got worse.
Pete is a 29 year old man who is complaining of stomach cramps, nausea, and sharp pains in his lower right stomach. Upon examination, you notice that he has a slight fever and that his belly is tender to the touch.

Janey is a 15 year old girl complaining of feeling jumpy and nervous. She has trouble sleeping and sweats a lot. She has been eating a lot, but is losing weight. Upon examination, you notice that her eyes are a little bulging.

Ever since the election ended, Hilary has not been feeling right. She finds that she is having to urinate often, that she is always thirst and that she is tired. When you weigh her you notice that she has lost weight since her last visit.

Kay is a 60 year old woman who has come to you because she has been feeling tired a lot and has been gaining weight. She also notices that she is losing some of her hair and that her voice is hoarse. She tells you that sometimes she feels like she is having brain fog.
